Notified is growing and we are hiring an Associate Support Specialist on the Client Service Delivery team in Stockholm.

The Associate Support Specialist is responsible for database administration, account creation, and customer service within the Public Relations line of business. Your role will be to ensure customer service delivery in an accurate and timely manner while upholding security protocols.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for Notified Public Relations Cloud products, providing day-to-day client advice and support. You will also promote the organization’s capabilities to clients and identify sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers in the Sales Department resulting in contract extensions or additional business within the account(s).

Your task would include:

  • providing day to day client advice, working to maintain strong client relationships
  • communicating clearly with clients via phone, email, and chat
  • responding to basic client support inquiries, ensuring they are handled in order of priority
  • participating in analysis and resolution of unresolved support issues, escalating more complex issues to senior colleagues
  • assisting in solving problems for clients, ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are met
  • performing administrative duties including account and user maintenance outcomes using good interpersonal skills and organizational skills
  • collaborating with teammates to work occasional overtime during high volume periods of other Notified service offerings

What will you bring?

  • Excellent Swedish & English speaking and writing skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing position
  • Previous newswire experience is preferred
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in support of complex products will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Exceptional time-management skills, ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
  • Projects self-confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Tech savvy mindset and ability to learn new programs/software quickly
