For this opening we will consider candidates from the following locations: Makati,Metro Manilla,Philippines |Job Summary:
will be responsible for monitoring the developments on investor relations websites, examining them, and suggesting ways to improve so that they adhere to established criteria for quality. He or she will collaborate closely with the product, service management, client onboarding, and web development teams.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct web functional QA and accessibility testing before delivering to clients and post-launch.
- Implement various QA techniques in testing websites on supported web browsers and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with web developers and client onboarding to identify, document, and fix errors and bugs.
- Review task specifications, checklists, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Monitor and manage team queues to ensure timely delivery of requests.
- Create and update content blocks using semantic HTML code.
- Organize and review content based on task requirements using content management system and check for content accuracy and web readability.
- Execute additional QA responsibilities, including configuring the mobular and whistleblower hotlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA required, preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course.
- At least 2-3 years hands-on QA experience.
- Knowledge in website functionality testing and usability across multiple web browsers and mobile devices.
- Experience in HTML coding and content management system.
- Knowledge in both manual and automation testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with project/issue management tools and other web technologies like Jira, Salesforce, Connectwise, CSS and JavaScript.
- Excellent project management skills and a proven history of consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition, detail oriented and can work independently or in a team environment.
- Able to communicate clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for the industry and ability to stay up to date on the latest topics and trends.

- Knowledgeable about software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup and report to the Makati office.
- Able and willing to work in shifting schedules (including night shift)
