Client Support Specialist

 is hiring a Client Support Specialist onto our Global Onboarding Team. We are open to filling this position in our El Segundo, CA, USA (2321 Rosecrans Avenue) or Toronto, Ontario, Canada (155 University Avenue) office. Our expectation at this time is you would work from our office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday. The shift will be 8:30a – 5:00p PT in El Segundo and 11:30a-8:00p ET in Toronto.

 that provides public relations (PR) and investor relations (IR) solutions delivered to thousands of public and private companies globally via cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms.

Job Summary: 

The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for efficiently onboarding clients globally across all products. They are expected to provide a seamless onboarding experience for our clients ensuring they feel valued, supported and empowered to fully utilize our products and services. This includes vetting and approving any prospect application or newly contracted client which is looking to disseminate press releases within our Public Relations line of business. They will interface with other departments, including but not limited to our Sales, Editorial, and Finance teams. Candidates with ConnectWise, Salesforce, B2B and customer service experience will be highly considered. 

Essential Duties: 

Duties include any or all of the following (other duties may be assigned as needed): 

• Perform account research on organizations who are looking to do business within the product line of business 

• Setting up any new approved account applications in our various platforms 

• Act as main point of contact for prospects until their account is approved 

• Communicates clearly with prospects via phone and email 

• Embraces collaborating with teammates 

• Ability to work occasional overtime during high volume periods 

• Ensuring that SLA’s and KPI’s are met 

• Participate in and lead additional projects as required 


Minimum Qualifications: 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements. 

Experience: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing position required. 

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required.

Travel / Physical Demands 

• There is no travel required for this role. Office environment. No special physical demands required. 

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The starting pay for this position in El Segundo and Toronto is between $53,000-54,000 local currency.
